Module 2 - Human Values
This video is quite long and we hope it will have a positive impact on you. We suggest you watch it when you have some available time for relaxation and when you are in a positive frame of mind.
Here are some fables (Moral Stories) - they are very old and you may have read some of them before.

Module 3 - Learning Languages (ENGLISH)
This is the most important Module - you will benefit greatly if you can understand some English.The video explains the on-line learning process. Our English lessons are specifically designed to make your job placement easier. They are compulsory.

Advanced
Multiple blogs covering all topics and lessons for advancing your English learning. These will help you to become an excellent English communicator.
The content is designed for those who are past the beginner stage and some are for more advanced learners.
We do not endorse nor are we suggesting that any of the above videos are any better than multiple other offerings out there.
Our opinion is that they are good, easily accessible and practical when it comes to better improving your English language skills.
Another requirement for Module 3 English is to practice the alphabet.
The easiest and perhaps most fun way of doing this is to use children's
nursery rhymes and songs.

Let' get motivated not work. Not just so that we can do a good job but so that we also do the right job.
By focusing what makes you do the right thing at work will also help you do a better job at work, the two go hand in hand.

Module 5 - Communication
This is a good video explaining the importance of communication.
Of course, as you will be going to a new country that speaks English, a focus of Module 3 and Module 5 is significant.

Module 6 - Career Investigation
In this Module, we explain the difference between a job and a career. An understanding of what can be done to have a career often is enough to get you going in the right direction.

Module 7 - Job Skills
It never easy to search for a new job, prepare an application and then hopefully, go for an interview.
This video covers these steps and gives you some knowledge into what to do, what to say and what to think along the way.

Module 8 - Workplace Health & Safety
Workplace Health & Safety is not a fun topic...because people do get hurt, injured and killed everyday in workplaces all around the world. When you watch this video, you will understand that it is actually quite safe at work IF you are aware and follow safety procedures.

Module 9 - Vocational Preparation
Module 9 - Mushroom Harvesting
Along with the 40 pages of detailed mushroom production materials int he manual, this video give you a very detailed and clear explanation of commercial mushroom production.
The topics covered include composting, spawn, harvesting, technology, growing cycle and general safety.
There is little more that you will need to investigate on your own as you will also be able to see mushrooms growing and harvest them at the training center in Hanoi*
Module 9 - Greenhouse Produce
This video focuses on the four main foods that are grown in greenhouses - tomatoes, peppers (capsicum), cumbers and strawberries.
it will explain the benefits of greenhouse production, hydroponic growing principles, crop care and harvesting.
During classroom sessions, other videos will be shown as well as instructional sheets and information

Module 9 - Nursery & Plant Propagation
As plant propagation is not an easy subject to teach, this video will give you insight to what it is like in a large scale commercial nursery and/or plant propagation facility.
It will explain the differences between growing in a greenhouse and outdoor production and looks at the different facets of plant propagation.

Module 9 - General Farming
General Farming is found all over Canada and Australia - with the main crops being cherries, strawberries, blueberries and a range of vegetables.
The variation of farming techniques, the differences between preparing, sowing, growing and harvesting and many other facets of farming principles is found here.
